Not all of Solving The Impossible’s focus is on business issues. Principal, Ray Buschmann and his wife Angie Buschmann have ensured that there is ample time left to develop new areas of creativity and help "solve the impossible".

There are currently two major areas of focus:

ANGIE: An Artist's Psyche: Unlocking the Connections: developing various new techniques to “get inside an artist’s mind”, and discover/unlock creative thinking pathways never considered before. It is a fascination of how these remarkable people of genius manage a thinking process that is able to change a blank canvas into a beautiful image that has never been seen before, and in many cases the thought process changes repeatedly. Since civilization has a history of storytelling, and images on cave walls, there must be new creativity technique secrets still to be learnt, and they may reside in the minds of our present day artists.
