(3) “Client Specific Collaborative Zing© Creativity” Workshop Facilitation and Accreditation
Adding another dimension to the fundamentals of thinking in a different way, is the transformational opportunity to turn traditional low value business or social discussion in tough issue meetings, into a tsunami of creation, generating new reliable knowledge, and more productive ideas, at a rate five times faster than typical. Everyone in the room will know what other people are thinking, yet remain anonymous, and quickly build on each other’s ideas in a safe and comfortable environment. Prior to the session, the specially trained and accredited Zing© Facilitator develops a series of highly impactful questions in the optimum sequence, with the client, designed to stretch the imagination limits of participants.
This versatile technique has been used by Ray Buschmann successfully around the world in helping many types of business and social dilemmas. Some specific examples: helping United States journalists overcome “corporate writers’ block”; at the London, England Henley Business School considering how they can evolve small business to the next level
mid-size business; in Johannesburg South Africa with excited new entrepreneurs choosing their first business venture, and the Zing© tool success list goes on: a session with sales colleagues discovering new “below the focus” customer behavioural characteristics; taking product and service offerings that don’t appear to work, and by ignoring corporate politics really find out the reasons why; naming contests for new products; change management issues and how to overcome them; safety improvements; product and container counterfeiting prevention; “Food for Thought” lunch sessions have also been popular in companies with an early in-room lunch, followed by 60 minutes of Zing© creativity on pressing issues, and Senior Management “Meeting of the Minds” as part of their yearly strategy sessions - the scope is endless.
How can you put a new Zing© into your own business meetings, or find new clues to solutions not yet thought about?
As an additional benefit, once proven and demonstrated in your own environment, you have the option to nominate members of your own team to be trained as a qualified Zing© Facilitator at your own location, and purchase the Zing© tool equipment for your very own use.
“Client Specific Collaborative Zing© Creativity Workshop” Objective: Highly productive workshop meeting facilitation dynamics focused on a client’s key business or social issues, using Zing© wireless keyboards and big screen display, coupled with a specific powerful series of open questions. Responses gathered electronically are in real time – no annoying paper trail, nor needed transcribing after the meeting.
“Client Specific Collaborative Zing© Creativity Workshop” led by a qualified “Solving the Impossible” facilitator, will get everyone involved in an exceptional enjoyable experience, with the sessions full of fun, and enhanced interactivity. Ideas are built on as the process proceeds, generating even higher quality output. Traditional negative “meeting productivity bandits”, such as the “know-it-all”, the “managerial authoritarian”, and the “shy and silent type”, find themselves base-lined with all others, as the input is anonymous, yet all data is listened to, and considered by everybody. A big advantage is that people, despite their differences, become committed and more readily take action on the agreed outcome. Participants often say that “it doesn’t feel like work yet extraordinary results were achieved”.
Workshop Duration to Suit your purpose:
“Client specific Collaborative Zing© Creativity Workshop” is easily designed with the client as a special event, or can become part of the client’s larger conference, workshop or meeting. Optimum numbers of participants are 7 – 60 however larger audiences can be managed. Due to the high intensity and output generated by individuals using Zing© it is recommended that the session should not exceed 2 hours at any one time. Many companies use Zing© in the morning to gather broad concept ideas, and then again in the afternoon to focus on the key issues.
Some Highlights from Written Feedback after the Workshops:
“Very thought provoking”;” Hope our competition doesn’t get hold of this tool”; “We should make this a monthly session”; “Wish I could use Zing© all day”; “Great tool to get the real discussion going”; “The questions sparked different thinking and approaches”; “Other people( in our organization) need to experience this”; “I was able to say what was really on my mind”; “More useful than I could have imagined”; “Awesome!”; “Never knew we had such great ideas”; “What a powerful tool to get the idea juices flowing”; “Zing-a-Rific!”; It eliminates needless debate”; “The anonymity is liberating”; “Fun and productive”
